Wedding Party

Cristina Soria
Maid of Honor
Cristina, aka "Tter," is very special in my heart. We've journeyed through childhood and adulthood together, her unique blend of love and humor enhancing every moment and spontaneous adventure. From a brief visit to Xalos Nightclub to being the first in line and waiting 5 hours for a COVID test just for the experience, I'm thankful to have her as family and my closest confidante. As I enter this new chapter, Cristina remains my #1 supporter. Fun fact: In high school, she was a freshman when I was a senior. Many of my friends, unfamiliar with her, assumed she was my half-sister due to her penchant for indoor activities like playing Barbies.

One cherished memory is her visit to celebrate my 28th birthday, where we bonded over a joy-filled weekend. I am grateful for the enduring connection on this significant day.

Since our first meeting, her warmth and welcoming spirit have been a constant source of joy. I am deeply grateful for her friendship and eagerly anticipate sharing this special day with someone who has known Eddie for so long. Fun fact: Itzel married one of Eddie's best friends, Cristian. Fun fact: Patty has a beautiful voice and will forever be my favorite Mariachi singer.

Maximiliano Carranza
Best Man
I first met Max during my Freshman year of High School, introduced by a mutual friend. He has seen my worst and best in life and has always been there for me through thick and thin. One day, I was stranded at school just as Max drove by. He picked me up, and later on, he ended up crashing his car. I knew then that he would always have my back. Max is not just a best friend but a brother I am proud to have as my Best Man. A fun fact: Max's success in the stock market inspires me and has also turned him into my stock trading mentor.

Alan Haroutune Emurian
Groomsman
I met Alan through his brother Ari when Alan was still in middle school. Our initial meeting involved a humorous mix-up, as Ari convinced Alan that I, his "Mexican friend," was on the way – Alan didn't believe it until we met, leading to laughter. From chasing him around the block for thinking I threw his skateboard in the pool (it wasn't me) to seeing him graduate law school, Alan has become one of my closest friends and brothers. Fun fact: I once picked him up from middle school, accidentally broke my side-view mirror, and had him hold it until we got back, improvising a quick fix with duct tape.

Ari Levon Emurian
Groomsman
I met Ari in High School, and we have been best friends ever since. Our families share the same old-school morals and upbringing, with the only difference being they speak Armenian and we speak Spanish. This led to us quickly becoming best friends. We would go to Glendale so often that they started to call me Edo Garcian. Ari has helped me become a better man by consistently exemplifying integrity. Fun fact: We used to ditch so much in High School that they had an entire folder for each of us with excuse notes. I am grateful to have him standing by me on this special day.

Cristian Jose Morales
Groomsman
I met Cristian through a mutual acquaintance from middle school. In no time, he became one of my best friends. One night, when we were out, he met my cousin Mayra’s friend, Itzel, who became his future wife. When they had their daughter, they honored me as her Godfather. More than just Compadres, Cristian is a brother to me. A fun fact that always brings a smile: Every Monday, we had a tradition of hitting an all-you-can-eat Korean BBQ spot. Those shared meals (and drinks) created unforgettable memories, strengthening our bond. I am grateful to have him by my side on this special day!

Jonathan Villicana
Groomsman
Jonathan is Lily's ex-colleague turned confidante. They connected at work, where he once served on Lily's team. Jonathan's journey from being a staff member to one of Lily's closest friends reflects the depth of their bond. His intelligence and caring nature add immense value to our lives. I sincerely appreciate his steadfast support and feel honored to have him beside me on this meaningful journey. Fun fact: Jonathan joined the 2% with a doctoral degree, and 7% of those were Latino. We are proud of you, Dr. Villicana!

Josue Manuel Gomez Coria
Groomsman
Josue, my chemistry class companion turned brother from another mother, has been a constant source of friendship and adventure. We first crossed paths in college; since then, he's been an integral part of my life. His persuasive skills led us on incredible journeys to England and Thailand, creating lasting memories. A fun fact about Josue: he served as a Tank Commander in the U.S. Marines. I am grateful to have him by my side as a groomsman, embodying loyalty and a spirit for exploration.

Samuel de Jesus Hernandez
Groomsman
Samuel is one of my cousins who has been a part of my life since we were kids. He helped get me out of my shell as we grew older and convinced me to start traveling. This led to many life-lasting memories. I am grateful that he will be by my side for this next chapter in my life. Fun Fact: Sam shares his birthday with Jesus.

Ubaldo Jr Torres
Groomsman
Ubaldo, affectionately known as Waldo or Chino by Lily, has been one of Lily's closest friends since she was 15. From day one, Waldo welcomed me with open arms. He's not just a great friend; his support over the years means the world to us, and I'm honored to have him as one of my groomsmen. Fun fact: Waldo is a massive Lakers fan, and his BBQ skills are legendary!

Gilberto y Patricia Ramirez
Padrinos de Arras y Anillos
We are so thankful for the advice, guidance, and support you both have given us to help us in this journey. We love you both so much and appreciate all the help with the planning and keeping us grounded these last two years. Offering us your family home in Mexico, showing us around the towns, and helping us, was way more than what we expected. There were times when we felt defeated and overwhelmed during these times, and you both helped us see the "light" and helped us get grounded, showed us options and made us believe that everything was going to be ok. We are honored to have you as our Godparents.

Victoria Morales
Flower Girl
Victoria since day one has been a sweet and welcoming soul. Eddie is honored to be her Godfather and we are now honored to have her as our flower girl. Fun fact: Victoria used to be scared of dogs until she met Cafecito.
